Hoima teacher Moses Katusabe was brutally murdered

HOIMA - Unidentified assailants have brutally murdered a teacher in Hoima. Moses Katusabe’s body was discovered on Saturday morning. Katusabe, a mathematics teacher at Bwiikya Muslim Secondary School in Hoima East Division, was hacked to death on Friday night. Alfred Businge, a resident of Kinubi, said Katusabe's body had multiple cuts on the head, indicating he may have died from panga wounds.
“We cannot tell exactly what happened, but we are still in shock. His lifeless body was found this morning, and we informed the police, who have already arrived at the scene,” Businge said.
According to Idd Magezi, the councilor for Hoima Central Division in Hoima City, Katusabe’s body was discovered at Kicwamba Trading Center, near the construction site of the Hoima International Stadium.
Julius Hakiza, the Albertine regional police spokesperson, confirmed the brutal murder of the teacher and said police will provide details soon.
By the time of filing this report, Katusabe's body had been taken to Hoima City mortuary for a postmortem examination.
