The Territorial Police in the Aswa West Region on Friday, December 5, 2025, blocked National Unity Platform (NUP) presidential candidate Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi after he allegedly defied the officially designated venue for his campaign rally.
According to a statement issued by the Regional Police Spokesperson, ASP David Mudong, Kyagulanyi and his campaign team deviated from the agreed-upon route and attempted to proceed toward the Elegu border instead of heading to the approved rally location.
